INDICATIONS
Accutane emerged to patients for treating acne that is severe that do not react to other medicines. Accutane can be a retinoid. It works by reducing skin oil production, changing the characteristics of the skin oil, and preventing abnormal hardening of the epidermis.
INSTRUCTIONS
Use Accutane as directed from your doctor.
Ask your medical provider questions you may have regarding how to work with Accutane.
STORAGE
Store Accutane at room temperature, between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C). Store in the tightly closed container. Store faraway from heat, moisture, and light. Do not store inside bathroom. Keep Accutane out of your reach of kids and away from pets.

All medicines might cause negative effects, but many everyone has no, or minor, unwanted effects.
Check along with your doctor if some of these most frequent negative effects persist or become bothersome:
Abnormal hair regrowth; abnormal skin sensations; bleeding and redness or swelling in the gums;alterations in menstrual flow; chapped lips; decreased tolerance to lenses; dizziness; dry eyes and mouth; dry nose which could bring about nosebleeds; dry or peeling skin; fatigue; flushing; general body discomfort; baldness; headache; itching; lack of energy; nervousness; respiratory tract infection; sleeplessness; sweating; temporary worsening of acne; voice changes.
Seek medical attention straight away if any of these severe unwanted effects occur:
Severe allergies (rash; hives; itching; lack of breath; tightness inside the chest; swelling in the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); bizarre, aggressive, or violent behavior; bowel pain; chest pain or pounding inside chest; dark urine; depression; difficult or painful swallowing; difficulty moving; excessive thirst or urination; fainting; fast heartbeat; fever; fractured or weak bones; hearing difficulties or ringing inside the ears; increased pressure within the brain (pressure inside eye; nausea; vision changes; vomiting); joint or lower back pain; leg swelling; muscle weakness with or without pain; nausea; new or worsening heartburn; rectal bleeding; red patches or bruises around the legs; lack of breath; seizures; severe birth defects; severe diarrhea; severe headache; skin infection; slurred speech; stomach pain or tenderness; stroke; stunted rise in children; sun sensitivity; swelling from the pancreas (fever; increased heartbeat; nausea; stomach tenderness; vomiting); swollen glands; thoughts of suicide; tightness inside the lungs; vision changes; vomiting; weakness; yellowing of the skin or eyes.
Overdose symptoms might include headache, dizziness, vomiting, stomach pain, warmth or tingling within the skin, swelling with the lips, and lack of balance or coordination.
