INDICATIONS
Aceon is used for treating high blood pressure. Aceon can be an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor. It works by blocking ACE, an enzyme associated with narrowing blood vessels and causing sodium and fluid retention by the kidneys. This causes veins to relax, allowing blood to flow more freely at a reduced pressure, and helping the heart's power to pump blood in a few varieties of heart failure.
